I didn’t begin Soul Consciousness as a project. I began it as a quiet space for myself.
A space to sit with thoughts.
To question gently.
To notice what lives beneath the noise of everyday life.
Over time, that quiet journal became something more a place where reflections, poetry, and moments of awareness could be shared with others walking a similar path.
My background is not in theology or academia. It is in lived experience ; in solitude, in questions, in growth, in learning how to return to myself again and again. Through life’s seasons, I’ve come to understand that peace is not something we chase. It is something we remember.
Soul Consciousness is my invitation — not to follow me, but to turn inward. To recognize the sacred presence within you. To live with honesty. To meet yourself with compassion.
If you are here, perhaps you are already listening.
And that is enough.
